Patrick Douglas and Edward Winter lead the way for Coromandel Valley with strong wins in the singles and put their team second on the ladder. Seacliff were without their number one but still managed to have a strong win over West Lakes. Noah Koeroessy moved into the number one spot and won 9-4 over West Lakes Jake Lukacs. Seacliff managed to win all their singles and keep their season going undefeated and they sit clear top of the ladder.<\/p>\n<p>Pembroke overcame a strong Trinity Titans four rubbers to two. Trinity\u2019s Callum Gale got his team off to an ideal start with a 9-2 win over Pembroke\u2019s Terry Karahalios but it was all Pembroke in the singles after that winning the next three singles, to give their team a 3-1 lead going into the doubles. In a close doubles both teams managed to get a set each both going 6-4, giving Pembroke the win and moving them into third.<\/p>\n<p>In the match of the round, Glenlea travelled down to Hahndorf. Glenlea\u2019s Stefan Bianchet put on another dominant display with a 9-1 win over Hahndorf\u2019s Noah Phillips. Hahndorf\u2019s Ralph Catipay got his club on the board with a 9-7 win over William Clifford. Glenlea\u2019s Eamonn Moore was too strong for Hahndorf\u2019s Tomas Barry winning 9-5, but Hahndorf managed to tie it up in the fourth rubber winning that 9-3 and going into the doubles with it tied up 2 sets all. Glenlea were too strong in the top doubles winning 6-2 but Hahndorf bounced back winning a tight tiebreak 7-6 to tie the game at 3 sets all. In the end Glenlea managed to get a close win, with it coming down to games.<\/p>\n<p>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statewide.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Statewide Super<\/a>\u00a0girls competition, it was another super round which was played down at Playford Tennis Centre.\u00a0Before their matches, the Junior State League girls were involved in a health &amp; well-being workshop on mindfulness, which included how to set goals and overcome setbacks. The 10\/u Green Ball State League girls also played at Playford and had the opportunity to play alongside the Junior State League girls. It created a great atmosphere and teams had the opportunity to play at one SA\u2019s premier venues.<\/p>\n<p>Into the matches it was a one sided affair with top sides Pembroke and Seacliff winning comfortably 6 sets to 0 and keeping them both in the top 2.
