The Tennis SA Annual Awards night will be held on Friday 21st October 2011 at Next Generation Clubs.<\/p>\n

The annual event aims to\u00a0recognise the outstanding contribution made by Tennis SA\u2019s clubs, volunteers, coaches throughtout the year and celebrate the success of\u00a0National Academy athletes.<\/p>\n

When:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Friday 21st October
\nWhere:<\/strong> Next Generation, North Adelaide
\nTime:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 6.00pm – 8.00pm
\nCost:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 $30 Adults, $20 Children (Under 18yrs)<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Category 1: Tennis Club of the Year – Metropolitan
\nCategory 2: Tennis Club of the Year – Country
\nCategory 3: Volunteer of the Year
\nCategory 4: Tennis Region of the Year
\nCategory 5: Coach of the Year<\/p>\n

How to nominate?<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong>\u00a0 Complete the Nomination Form<\/a>
\n2.<\/strong> Answer the five category questions
\n3.<\/strong> Send to Tennis SA by 5.00pm on Friday 2 September 2011 attention to Adam Renfrey, Tennis SA, PO Pox 43, North Adelaide SA 5006<\/p>\n
