In the 12s,\u00a0[1]<strong> Hana Sonton <\/strong>(QLD)\u00a0defeated\u00a0<strong>Elena Micic<\/strong> (Vic) in a tight match 5-7 6-3 6-4, whilst\u00a0[1]<strong> Jeremy Jin<\/strong> (NSW)\u00a0took a comprehensive win over\u00a0<strong>Callum Stringfellow<\/strong> (QLD)\u00a06-0 6-3. In the 14s,\u00a0[1]<strong> Tina Smith <\/strong>(QLD)\u00a0overcame\u00a0<strong>Ellie Mastos <\/strong>(Vic) 6-0 6-2\u00a0and\u00a0[1]<strong> Chen Dong <\/strong>(QLD)\u00a0defeated\u00a0<strong>Luke Vuletic <\/strong>(Vic) 6-2 6-4.<\/p>\n<p>In South Australian results, reigning National Champion, <strong>Charlotte Kempenaers-Pocz<\/strong> moved through to the second round with a straight sets victory. In the matches of the day, <strong>Alana Repanich<\/strong> defeated fourth seeded Victorian <strong>Joy Andreou <\/strong>6-4 5-7 6-3 and <strong>Callum Gale<\/strong> defeated seventh seeded Queenslander <strong>Casey Hoole<\/strong> 2-6 6-4 7-6(3).
