Eighth seeded Aiava progressed after a tough two set match against Brit Katy Dunne winning 6-3 7-5 in around 90 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Tomic also had to battle hard when she played wildcard Gabriella Da Silva Fick on Centre Court. After winning the first set 6-4 the second set was a super tight contest with Tomic eventually taking the match 6-4 7-6 (4).<\/p>\n<p>In an all Aussie battle, Storm Sanders came out ahead of qualifier Abbie Myers in impressive fashion, winning the match 6-3 6-4.
