In the first semifinal, Peter Gojowczyk <\/strong>(GER) produced a dominant display over third seed Denis Kudla<\/strong> (USA) 6-4 6-2.<\/p>\n This was followed by nineteen-year-old Victorian Omar Jasika <\/strong>making his way through to his first Challenger Tour final with an impressive victory over Joris De Loore<\/strong> (BEL). Trailing in the latter half of the third set, Jasika was forced to save match points before emerging victorious, 6-4 4-6 7-6(3).<\/p>\n Day 9 is set to be a fantastic day, with the doubles final between Hans Podlipnik-Castillo<\/strong> (CHI)\/Max Schnur<\/strong> (USA) and Steven De Waard<\/strong> (Qld)\/ Marc Polmans<\/strong> (Vic) to open proceedings on Court 6 at 11.00 am.
