Congratulations to Team SA who recently placed 4th at the 2016 Bruce Cup which was held in Albury, NSW.<\/p>\n

The Bruce Cup started in 1939 as an under 15 competition between Queensland and New South Wales.\u00a0In 1963 it became a primary school event when the Jack Pizzey Cup was introduced for secondary school competition. The event continued as a competition between Queensland and New South Wales until the 1980s when other states joined. The Bruce Cup is now a national competition with all eight states and territories competing.<\/p>\n

There were a number of great performances by the SA team throughout the week, with special mention to Mia Tsoukalas who won the Girls SSA Consolation Plate.<\/p>\n
