In the event an association cannot fill a team we will create a wildcard team to fill that position.<br \/>\nSix associations are involved, these are:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Eastern Districts Tennis Association<br \/>\n&#8211; Glenelg Districts Tennis Association<br \/>\n&#8211; Hills Tennis Association<br \/>\n&#8211; North East Tennis Association<br \/>\n&#8211; Southern Districts Tennis Association<br \/>\n&#8211; Western Districts Tennis Association<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square\">\n<li>The duration of the competition will be 5 weeks, allowing each team to play each other once<\/li>\n<li>Matches will be spread across the winter and played on Tuesday Nights from 6:00pm &#8211; 8:30pm<\/li>\n<li>To be played at a central location (Tennis World Millswood)<\/li>\n<li>Each team to consist of two boys and two girls<\/li>\n<li>Matchdays will contain four singles, two same gender doubles and two mixed doubles matches, each rubber will be first to four.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2025 KEY DATES <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Online nominations open: 25 June<\/p>\n<p>Online nominations close: 7 July @ 9:00am<br \/>\nCompetition Dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Week 1 | 22 July<br \/>\nWeek 2 | 29 July<br \/>\nWeek 3 | 5 August<br \/>\nWeek 4 | 12\u00a0August<br \/>\nWeek 5 | 19\u00a0August<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Player Nomination\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any player affiliated with one of the six associations may nominate to compete within the Green Ball State League Competition.<\/li>\n<li>Each Green Ball State League player must be a minimum of 8 years of age at the start of the season and be no older than 10 years of age as of the first round, a player may turn 11 during the season after round 2.<\/li>\n<li>Any player must compete in a majority of their matches at a green ball level to be eligible. This will extend to any green ball competition including but not limited to Association competition, Super 10\u2019s, and JDS\/Junior Tour events.<\/li>\n<li>An association may submit request a special exemption for a player(s) who may fall outside of the selection criteria.
