In South Australia, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sahealth.sa.gov.au\/wps\/wcm\/connect\/Public+Content\/SA+Health+Internet\/Health+services\/Drug+and+alcohol+services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Drug and Alcohol Services South Australia<\/a> will implement the program.The program aims to assist clubs provide a safe and responsible environment for players, members, families and supporters. It is not about banning alcohol sales or consumption but enhancing the important role clubs have in the community.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 288px\">\n<td style=\"height: 288px;width: 94px\">Harassment Free Sport<\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 288px;width: 548px\">Every participant in sport, regardless of the role, has a right to be treated with respect, dignity and fairness, and to participate in an environment that is enjoyable and safe. Harassment, abuse and other forms of inappropriate behaviour in sport deny participants these rights.<\/p>\n<p>The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) has developed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clearinghouseforsport.gov.au\/__data\/assets\/pdf_file\/0004\/631291\/Harassment-free_sport-_protecting_children_from_abuse_in_sport.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">harassment free sport strategy<\/a> to assist the sports industry address discrimination, abuse and other inappropriate behaviours by helping sports to create safe, respectful and harassment-free sport environments. (2) Between 1 January 2013 and 30 June 2013 all new and existing volunteers working with children aged less than 12 years or under must have a criminal history assessment done.
