From the mid-2000s to the early 2010s, he served as the Talent Manager for both the NT and SA. During this tenure, he was instrumental in leading players from the Northern Territory to national titles in both singles and doubles, proving that Territory athletes can compete and win on the biggest stages in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Since moving into his national role at Tennis Australia, Rohan has become a cornerstone of the Australian professional circuit. His resume includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>High-Performance Coach:<\/strong> Holding the highest level of coaching qualification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Billie Jean King Cup:<\/strong> Serving as a national coach for the Australian women\u2019s team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>WTA Experience:<\/strong> Traveling the world and developing top-tier professional players, including <strong>Storm Hunter<\/strong> and <strong>Daria Saville<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Opening Doors to the World<\/h3>\n<p>In his current role as <strong>National Pathways and Touring Manager<\/strong>, Rohan is the architect of international opportunities for Australia\u2019s top junior athletes. He oversees all national and international tours, giving young players the chance to compete globally.<\/p>\n<p>He also manages National Camps where the best 12U, 13U, 14U, and 16U players in the country gather to train under Australia&#8217;s elite coaching staff. By having Rohan integrated into our local program, NT players gain a direct link to the standards and expectations of the national and international pathway.<\/p>\n<p>Now he is additionally working with NT and Tasmania talent teams, alongside <strong>Martin Rocca<\/strong> (Tennis NT&#8217;s Talent and Coach Manager) and <strong>Emily Ooms-Webb<\/strong> (Tennis NT&#8217;s Pathways Lead)<\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s Next?<\/h3>\n<p>Rohan\u2019s impact is already being felt on court this term, and the momentum is only growing. He will return to Darwin in just a few weeks to lead the <strong>13s National Heat and Hydration Camp<\/strong>. This specialized camp is a critical lead-in to our upcoming Back-to-Back <strong>ITF (International Tennis Federation)<\/strong> tournaments, ensuring our players are physically and mentally prepared for the rigors of international competition.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Having someone of Rohan\u2019s calibre back on court in Darwin is a massive opportunity for our players.
