We’re back! And bigger this time…<\/p>\n

Tennis Australia is calling on tennis clubs, venues, associations, schools and coaches across the country to host a local 1 Point Slam for the chance to win a $50,000 tennis grant and see a local hero take on the world’s best at the Australian Open in January 2026 – A CHANCE TO WIN $1M!<\/strong><\/p>\n

WHAT IS IT?<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The 1 Point Slam is a fun way to engage your local community to get out on court this summer and is an exciting pathway for all States & Territories to compete at the Australian Open in 2026.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The steps are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1. Play at your local club’s 1 Point Slam hosted event (more information below)<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2. Win the point, win the match and progress to the next round of an elimination draw<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3. Win the final match, win the event and proceed to the NT 1 Point Slam Finals (more information below)<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

4. If you win the NT 1 Point Slam Finals, a $5k tennis grant gets gifted to your represented club – that’s the club that hosted the 1 Point Slam that you won to gain entry to the finals.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

5. The winner of the NT 1 Point Slam Finals gets a Wild Card into the AO 1 Point Slam, where they get to play against professional players – such as Carlos Alcaraz<\/strong> – and other special guests!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

6. The winner of the AO 1 Point Slam wins $1M and a $50,000 tennis grant goes towards a nominated club!<\/p>\n

Players MUST have a Competitive Player Profile (HERE<\/strong><\/span><\/a>)<\/p>\n

Minimum age of 14 years old (as of 31st of December 2025)<\/p>\n
