NOTICE OF MEETING OF MEMBERS OF\u00a0<\/strong>TENNIS NT INCORPORATED\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Tennis NT\u00a0Incorporated ABN 58 257 220 will be held at the Darwin International Tennis Centre, on the\u00a016th day of November at 11:00am.<\/p>\n

BUSINESS<\/strong>
\nThe order of business for the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING is as follows:
\n1. Opening remarks from the President and the CEO;
\n2. The endorsement of the previous ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING minutes as an accurate\u00a0record of that meeting;
\n3. Presentation of the Annual Report, including consideration of the accounts and reports of\u00a0the Board;
\n4. The election of Directors;
\n5. Decision on Special Resolutions to amend The Constitution; and
\n6. Any other general business for which notice has been given.<\/p>\n
