We are proud of NT locals, Grace HARRIS, who took the winners trophy in the girls 14\/u division, and\u00a0Ethan HARKER who won the award for demonstrating the Rafa Nadal values in the boys 14\/u division. As a result, both HARRIS and HARKER get to play in the Australian Rafa Nadal Masters hosted in Melbourne in January 2025!<\/p>\n
The Rafa Nadal Tour was hosted for the third time in Darwin, at the Darwin International Tennis Centre in Marrara. There were boys and girls divisions playing across\u00a0the 12s, 14s & 16s age groups<\/p>\n
The Rafa Nadal junior tennis tour launched in Spain in 2014. It is special because it combines tennis with educational activities, focussed on Rafa’s key values which help players be a better player on the court, and a better person off the court. Those values are: humility, resilience, commitment, sportsmanship.<\/p>\n
The Rafa Nadal Tour Pathway<\/strong><\/p>\n The age group winners from this event are entered into the Australian Rafa Nadal Masters hosted in Melbourne in January 2025.<\/p>\n Also, each gender and age division has a Trophy of Values awarded to a person who demonstrates the Rafa Nadal values on and off the court.
