Starting Saturday 25th May, we have 2 back-to-back international junior tennis events being held in the NT.<\/p>\n
These events are on the ITF (International Tennis Federation) calendar, and is recognised as an event for the best performing juniors, with competition at a very high standard.\u00a0Winning a match at this tournament, contributes towards the player\u2019s junior world ranking.\u00a0Players travel to this event from all around Australia, and internationally.<\/p>\n
We are also happy to have the support of our local NT ballkids crew, who will adding their polish to the finals of both events.<\/p>\n
First up, the POWER CLEAN DARWIN JUNIOR INTERNATIONAL has a draw of 32 players in the main draw on the girls side, and the same on the boys side.\u00a0The mens winner of the Darwin Open, George ANDERSON from Tasmania, is one of the hopefuls in the boys side of the draw.<\/p>\n
These events are held at the Darwin International Tennis Centre, in Marrara. All welcome, free entry every day!<\/p>\n
