{"id":6093,"date":"2015-07-08T15:26:42","date_gmt":"2015-07-08T05:56:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/nt\/?p=6093"},"modified":"2015-07-08T15:26:42","modified_gmt":"2015-07-08T05:56:42","slug":"grandstands-ready-to-go","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/nt\/news\/2015\/07\/08\/grandstands-ready-to-go","title":{"rendered":"Grandstands ready to go!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yet another milestone has been reached in the countdown towards the Davis Cup by BNP Paribas World Group quarter-finals tie between Australia and Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n<p>The portable grandstands have arrived and are being locked in place, ready for action.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;With the capacity to hold 4,500 enthusiastic tennis fans, the grandstands are, of course, integral to the tie and they are quite a sight&#8221;<\/em> Sports and Recreation Minister Gary Higgins said.<\/p>\n<p>Tennis Australia Events Manager Paul Daly said the arrival of the grandstands is just another step in the bump-in process and everything is coming along nicely.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The grass courts are well on track and we&#8217;re looking forward to hosting this Davis Cup tie to showcase Darwin to the rest of Australia and the world.&#8221;<\/em> Mr Daly said<\/p>\n<p>Tickets to the quarter-final clash are still available, but hurry they are selling fast!
