The Healthy Attitude Awards recognise players in the Medibank Junior Development Series<\/strong> <\/span>who have a positive attitude that is beyond what is expected.<\/p>\n

Do you know a player who demonstrates a positive attitude towards tennis ? If you think someone deserves to be nominated for a Medibank Healthy Attitude Award<\/strong><\/span>, please fill in the nomination form <\/a>and either:<\/p>\n

post to Medibank Sponsorship, Level 12\/700 Collins Street DOCKLANDS\u00a0 VIC\u00a0 3008 or
\nemail to tennis@medibank.com.au<\/a><\/p>\n

Nominations open 1 May and close 31 October 2013.<\/span>
\n<\/strong>

\nJudging criteria will be based on:<\/strong>
\n> Positive attitude the player has towards the game
\n> Commitment to their tennis and training
\n> Positive behaviour the player has demonstrated that deserves to be recognised, and
\n> Enthusiasm the player has for the sport
\n
\nPrizes<\/strong>
\nEach month between May and October this year, 2 winners will be selected. The winners will receive:
\n> A $50 EFTPOS Gift Card (can be used where EFTPOS is accepted)
\n> A Healthy Attitude Award medallion Winners can also choose to be featured in a story at the Medibank Junior Development series website<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Every child who is nominated for an award will receive a certificate.<\/p>\n

At the end of the year, all monthly winners will have the chance to win the 2013 grand prize of a family trip to the Australian Open 2014!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
