Tennis Palmerston\u00a0remains undefeated after two\u00a0rounds of the Division One<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/span>,\u00a0with a 4 rubbers to 2 victory over Gardens Tennis on the weekend on home soil.<\/p>\n

Tint a Car Gardens secured their first win of the season, accounting for round 1 winners AWOF Sports also with a 4 rubbers to 2 win. Nick Politis secured the wins for AWOF with a 6-0 6-2 over Coen Hutt in the singles and teaming with Kenneth Prete for a 6-4 2-6 10-7 win over Des McLellan and David Bridges.<\/p>\n

Tennis Palmerston sits on top of the Division One Ladder<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/span>, however Tint a Car Gardens and AWOF Sports are tied for second only 2 points behind.<\/p>\n

Barra’s remain undefeated in the Junior Tennis League<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/span>, this week accounting for Buffalo’s 6 rubbers to 1. Fill-in for the Buff’s, Lefika Kgosiemang secured their only win of the day with a 6-2 6-2 over Hayley Kerr.<\/p>\n

Frillie’s secured their first win of the season with a 5 rubbers to 2 win over Croc’s. Julia van den Berg and Anna Kruger were undefeated on the day with wins in both their respective singles matches and combining for a 6-3 6-3 win in the doubles over Maya Kruger and Oscar Leong.<\/p>\n

Barra’s have a comfortable lead on\u00a0the Junior Tennis<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0League Ladder<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/a>, with an 12 point lead over Frillie’s.<\/p>\n
