The Board thanks departing Director Katrina Hancock. See all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/nt\/about\/meet-the-team\">Director and Tennis NT team info here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To nominate for election to the Tennis NT Board you must:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Supply a completed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/nt\/files\/2024\/10\/TNT-Director-Nomination-Form-2024-3.pdf\">Director Nomination Form<\/a>, which has been signed by a nominator and a seconder, both of whom shall be <strong>member delegates<\/strong> but not from the same member club. Member delegates are listed below.<\/li>\n<li>Agree to abide by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/nt\/files\/2023\/10\/Directors-Code-of-Conduct.pdf\">Directors Code of Conduct<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>List of current Member Delegates, for their contact information please email <a href=\"tennisnt@tennis.com.au\">tennisnt@tennis.com.au<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gove Peninsula Tennis Club: Nicola (Nicky) Mayer<\/li>\n<li>Katherine Tennis Club: Elisabeth (Lis) McKerracher<\/li>\n<li>Palmerston Tennis Club Incorporated Association: Steve Ward<\/li>\n<li>Gardens Tennis Club: Andrew Hawke<\/li>\n<li>Alice Springs Tennis Association: Joel Crawford<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT INFORMATION:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refer to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.com.au\/nt\/files\/2024\/10\/TNT-Director-Nomination-Form-2024-3.pdf\">Director Nomination Form<\/a> for\u00a0information regarding the nomination process.<\/li>\n<li>Board Members must reside in the Northern Territory.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum meeting cadence is four meetings per year (quarterly meetings), however in Dry Season the meeting cadence is typically every six weeks.<\/li>\n<li>Meetings are typically held in the evening Mon-Thu, outside of office hours.<\/li>\n<li>Board Members may attend Board meetings remotely or in-person.
