This acknowledgement highlights Tennis NSW\u2019s commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and supported.<\/p>\n<p>The recognition follows Tennis NSW\u2019s participation in the DCA and Diversity Atlas run Inclusive Employer Index, an in-depth workplace survey that measures employee diversity and inclusion experiences. The Inclusive Employer Index has enabled Tennis NSW to evaluate the current state of inclusion in our workforce and compare it to the Australian workforce and DCA member benchmarks. This data empowers us to show our commitment to inclusion, reflect on our achievements and identify ways to do even better.<\/p>\n<p>To be recognised by DCA as an Inclusive Employer, organisations must exceed the National Index Benchmark across several key diversity and inclusion areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTennis NSW is honoured to be recognised by Diversity Council Australia as a 2025\u20132026 Inclusive Employer,\u201d said Tennis NSW Inclusion &amp; Community Manager, Naskay Rajah.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"80\" data-end=\"260\">DCA CEO Catherine Hunter congratulated this year\u2019s Inclusive Employers for demonstrating their commitment to fostering workplaces where employees in all their diversity can thrive.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"262\" data-end=\"416\">\u201cDCA\u2019s Inclusive Employer Index shines a spotlight on organisations creating meaningful change and inspiring others to follow their lead,\u201d Catherine said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"626\">\u201cThe Inclusive Employer Index is more than just a diagnostic tool \u2014 it\u2019s an opportunity to reflect on areas for growth, plan next steps, and celebrate your organisation\u2019s progress in diversity and inclusion.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"862\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">At DCA, we know that when workplaces actively foster inclusion, employees are more engaged, innovative, and motivated.
