This nationally endorsed program equips participants with the skills and experience needed to manage and grow sustainable tennis venues. The initiative aims to reduce financial barriers and encourage participation from future venue leaders, particularly those aligned with Tennis NSW\u2019s strategic infrastructure and Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion (DEI) priorities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Program\u00a0Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Support Access to Nationally Endorsed Training<\/strong> Enable participation in the Tennis Australia Business and Venue Management Course.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strengthen Strategically Important Venues<\/strong> Prioritise applicants affiliated with venues identified in the Tennis NSW State Infrastructure Investment Strategy (SIIS).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enhance Venue Sustainability<\/strong> Improve operational excellence, programming diversity, and long-term viability of tennis venues.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Further develop the professionalism of the delivery network <\/strong>Improve the business acumen of those tasked with delivering tennis and managing community assets<strong style=\"font-size: revert;color: initial;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility\u00a0Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eligible applicants must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be accepted into the Tennis Australia Business and Venue Management Course<\/li>\n<li>Meet Tennis Australia\u2019s eligibility criteria\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Priority will be given to applicants who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are affiliated with venues in strategic priority areas (as per SIIS)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a long-term commitment to venue operations and management<\/li>\n<li>Are willing to relocate to or work within strategically important venues in Regional NSW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligible\u00a0Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Funding may be used to support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Course tuition fees<\/li>\n<li>Travel and accommodation for practical
