SUGGESTIONS & FEEDBACK

We welcome your feedback and suggestions on all things related to MTC.   Suggestions for new programs and events as well as feedback on current programs, services, the club and committee management.

Feedback and suggestions can be made to the committee by email, fax or phone.  All contact details are located on the contact page.   Alternatively, you may wish to lodge your feedback anonymously, simply drop your suggestions onto some paper and place it in the committee ‘box’ located inside the clubhouse.  Suggestions and feedback relating to services and products managed by Kelvin will be passed on for his action and response.  Committee related items will be managed by the committee, with a response (where suitable) provided.

COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT

Both the MTC Committee and the Coach/Manager aim to provide members, guests, visitors and staff exceptional service and products at all times.  However should there be an issue or concern you wish to raise, please refer to the following process.

Complaints regarding a management/coaching service or product:  It is important to provide details of any issue to  Kelvin in the first instance; so that he may have opportunity to assess and resolve any alleged problems.  Only if the matter is an escalated matter (such as safety, injury) or unresolved will the Committee become involved in the management complaint.

Complaints regarding the club or committee (club members, committee members, club rules etc) should be lodged with the MTC committee by email, phone or fax.    The MTC committee will review the issue, investigate where required and provide feedback regarding outcome or resolution.

Where possible, complaints should be made in writing for records.  The MTC values your privacy and will not divulge your details unless required to do so by law.
