Are you an older primary school aged girl looking for a new sport and wanting to try tennis but don’t know how to start? Did you know that tennis is a fun, social sport that you can play for your whole life?

Mayfield Park Tennis Club is offering the opportunity for girls aged 8-12 years to experience tennis in a FREE program of friendship, fun, fitness and introductory tennis skills. The six sessions will run from 4 until 5.30 on Friday afternoons beginning 20 October at our courts in Mount Waverley. Some of our club’s older girl members will help teach you new skills and show you some of their own in demonstration matches.

Refreshments will be offered during and after the sessions, and there will be prizes up for grabs as well.

Maybe you can get together a group of friends to come along so that as your skills improve and you might want to play competition tennis, you can play with your friends. Of course you’ll make new friends too – that’s an important part of the Girl’s Squad.

Please contact Andrea Taylor on 0424 952 336 or [email protected] asap to express your interest.

We are located at 34-38 Mayfield Drive, Mount Waverley
