Hornsby Kuring-gai District Tennis Association

The 2017 annual Hornsby Ku-ring-gai District Tennis Association (HKDTA) “24 hour Festival of Tennis” event raised $2,000 for both the Hornsby Hospital and the Hornsby Women’s Refuge. The tennis festival has been run by HKDTA for many years to raise funds for local community organisations. The event was held over the over the last weekend in October at the Mills Park Tennis Centre in Stratford Close, Asquith.

Kiki Paul from the Hornsby Women’s Refuge was delighted to receive the $2,000 cheque, saying: “there is insufficient women’s crisis accommodation available in Sydney so this money will be put to very good use”.
