All members of Glenvale Tennis Club Inc are invited to attend the Thirty Sixth Annual General Meeting. We would appreciate if we had as many members attend as possible – so please put it in your diaries now!

1.     Apologies.

2.     Minutes of the Thirty Fifth Annual General Meeting held on the 16th September, 2012.

3.     Consideration and adoption of the President’s Report, Membership Report, Junior Report, Treasurer’s Statement and Sub-Committee Reports.

4.     Election of Committee of Management Office Bearers and Members.

5.     Election of Auditor.

6.     Election of Sub-Committees: Match, Midweek, Junior, and Night Tennis.

7.     General Business:  The Chairman reserves the right not to accept a motion unless notice of that motion has been given to the Secretary in writing at least seven days prior to the meeting.  Please address your motion to the Secretary, Glenvale Tennis Club, P.O.
