Cardio Tennis

Our coach Kevin Banner will also be holding Cardio Tennis sessions at 8.30pm Friday night (after  junior coaching).

This is an excellent exercise workout for all fitness levels.

It is loosely tennis based, but there is no actual game, and is done to music to maintain rhythm.

You wear a heart rate monitor, and aim to keep you heart rate within a certain band, to maximise the workout.

It is currently being heavily promoted at the Australian Open.

Sessions last an hour.   First session is free.
