Membership Information

Membership fees for the  2020/21 Summer and Winter 2020  Season are below. Instructions are provided below on how to make payments:

Membership fees include the following:

–  GDTA/SDTA/Tennis SA  Registration & Tennis SA Affiliation Fees

–  Competition Balls

–  Council Lease and Utilities

–  Trophies and End of Season Presentation Events

–  Maintenance of Courts and Facilities

–  Junior Training

–  Club Membership Fees

We are following the procedures now in place from Tennis Australia, and payments for membership are to be purchased online. We ask that you follow the directions outlined below and purchase your membership before the start of the season. It makes our job so much easier if we don’t have to chase people for non-payment.

Instructions for online payment of memberships:

  1. Open the following page in a web browser:
  2. Select the type of membership you wish to purchase – and click the NEXT button that will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
  3. If you have previously set up a Join Tennis account select Log in to Tennis.If not you will need to Join Tennis.  After joining you will receive a confirmation email which will require you to activate/confirm your email address. Please check you spam folders etc. There is an option for children under 15 to register with an adults email address if needed. Please make sure you use the child’s details if under 15, otherwise we end up having the adult as the member.
  4. Remember if you are 15 or older you must register with a unique email address.

Once you have Joined Tennis you will be able to:

Manage your accounts and contact details.

  1. Follow the prompts to complete other required information and select your payment type from options that our club has made available. These include credit card, cheque or EFT/  At this stage we prefer not to accept cash payments. If you feel this is an issue for you, please contact Gen Dawson (0403 932 716) to discuss further.
  2. If you choose to pay via credit/debit card you will be required to enter yyour carddetails. Note:  All credit card details are processed securely by Stripe. Your club and Tennis Australia do not have access to your credit card details.  Your credit card may not be deducted instantly as your club may need to first approve your membership.
  3. If you choose to pay via cheque or EFT, you will receive an invoice via email which contains instructions on how to make payment to your club. Please email: [email protected] with reference details for banking payment. Please use the child’s name or family name for reference.
  4. When our club has approved your membership you will receive an email confirming this has occurred.
