Our mission is to coordinate tennis competitions and manage the CVTA tennis facility to allow members of our community to enjoy the benefits of the sport which includes health and fitness, social interaction and family activity.
The CVTA will operate under the following values:
CVTA has a management committee structure that comprises of an executive management team and management committee. The Executive also encourage representation from all player groups to take on management committee roles to ensure stakeholder input into the decisions of the committee.
The operations of CVTA are governed by a constitution that has been submitted to Queensland Government. All positions on the CVTA management committee are honorary positions.

There are two paid positions at CVTA, being groundsman and canteen convener.
Meetings
General meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month commencing at 7.00 pm at the clubhouse.
Annual General meetings are to have been conducted by the end of October each year and advertised as per the constitution.
Management committee meetings may be called at any time as per the requirements of the constitution.
