There are lots of tennis options on offer at your local community tennis club and joining the club is easy. 

Bungendore community tennis facility aims to provide a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for all.  At the heart of our club organised competition tennis is people playing together and enjoying one another's company for the love of tennis! About the club

Bungendore Park Tennis Club (BPTC) is located in the growing NSW town of Bungendore, a little over half an hour’s drive from Canberra.  The club is affilitated with Tennis ACT.  The Model Constitution rules governing the club's operations can be found here.  BPTC has an exclusive coaching agreement with Rising Star Tennis Academy.  A variety of tennis programs are delivered by coach and Bungendore local, Dave Pajaczkowski 0424 295 634.

Our policies and risks

Protecting children, members of the club and community - The club is committed to the safety of everyone who plays tennis at or visits Bungendore's community tennis facility.  BPTC is bound by Tennis Australia's Safeguarding children guidelines, Member protection policy and Transgender Inclusion Guidelines for Community Tennis. The club has adapted its complaints handling flowchart from the flowchart contained in TA's guidelines and policy. The flowchart details how compaints will be handled together with the key contacts. Let's look out for each other - if something's not right please tell someone.

Club fees - The objectives, key definitions and policy rationale for the club's membership cycle and fee structure. 

Financial management - the financial management arrangements for Bungendore Park Tennis Club (BPTC) Inc.

Privacy - The club is committed to the protection of personal information held on the systems used by club members and other people in the community playing tennis here in Bungendore. BPTC is bound by the provisions contained in Tennis Australia's privacy policy to protect your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and Privacy Act 1988. 

Risks - In order to make sure that the club is across any potential risks facing Bungendore's community tennis facility, risks and issues is a standing item at every club committee meeting. The club has a risk register - we ask that you familiarise yourself with the register and tell us if you think we've missed something or something isn't right. 

Our Plan

The club has a draft Bungendore Park Tennis Club Inc Business Plan 2020 -2023. Our draft plan sets out where our community tennis club is at, where we expect to be by the end of 2023 and the strategies and actions required to put us on a sustainable footing and realise our aim and purpose.
