The Canberra Tennis Centre held their leg of the 2016 Junior Development Series on June 25-26 with 100 players participating.<\/p>\n
It was great to see so many kids participating and a big congratulations to those who participated in their first JDS. There was some\u00a0fantastic tennis on display throughout both days of competition. A big thank you to all of the parents and participants that braved the cold weather to give their children valuable match play.<\/p>\n
The tournament is part of the Junior Development Series (JDS) which is designed to give players a first experience in playing tournaments throughout the year. The next JDS tournament is the Forrest Junior Open on August 6-7.
