Free to all ages and standards.<\/p>\n<p><b>PEE WEE MINI TENNIS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>PEE WEE Tennis is our very popular starter program for children 4-7 years old. Students develop gross motor skills while learning about tennis technique with all modified equipment. PEE WEE tennis incorporates lots of fun games and activities for all the kids!<\/p>\n<p><b>ADULT COACHING<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Try our Adult coaching in a friendly environment where players learn the fundamentals of the game while socially interacting with other like-minded adults. Our aim is to have you learn the basic techniques and get playing.<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>CARDIO TENNIS<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cardio Tennis is a power packed fitness based tennis program which will really get your heart pumping. The program runs fast paced drills &amp; pointplay with easy to use heart monitors and run to up tempo music. If you want to get fit while playing tennis and having fun at the same time then Cardio is for you. Designed for players of all standards.
