previously under the guidance of Todd Larkham and Alun Jones. Jumping into a role that leads the ACT and region Performance pathway after 15 years of former Head Coach, Todd Larkham’s highly successful stint will be a challenge, but one that I am excited to take on”.

“Tennis ACT and the ACT Government have built a first-class tennis facility at Lyneham that will guarantee plenty of tennis opportunities for years to come. Already participation rates in ACT continue to climb despite the current climate, demonstrating to the ACT and region that facilities are important for the future of tennis and all sports.

“In my newly appointed role as National Development Squad Coach – ACT, it is vitally important to have good modern training facilities for young up and coming players to produce. The fact that ACT has a tennis player ranked in the top 50, Nick Kyrgios, and he wants to live, train and stay in Canberra is an example that athletes can live in Canberra and the region for the duration of their career,” Bradley added.

Tennis ACT CEO, Kim Kachel is looking forward to seeing the impact closely with the network of private coaches, their aspiring athletes and parents.

“I would also like to take the time to acknowledge the huge contribution of former staff, Todd Larkham and Alun Jones and the amazing job they have done in the performance and development space. The ACT has always “batted above it’s average” in producing top players and Todd and Alun have been a critical part of this over many many years. They leave a brilliant foundation and legacy for the sport and will remain actively involved in developing talented
