Events bring together students from Year 7 \u2013 10 for a participation and social competition which uses modified equipment, numeric scoring and mixed gender teams for students of all skill levels to enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this competition is not just about selecting the best students, but encouraging participation, providing a positive experience playing tennis, growing friendships and giving students the opportunity to represent their school in a team environment.<\/p>\n<p>General Information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students will play social matches against other schools<\/li>\n<li>Schools can enter multiple teams (one teacher is required for every 2-3 teams)<\/li>\n<li>All players to wear school sport uniform<\/li>\n<li>Beginners and Intermediate Divisions available so students of all skill levels can participate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For information about schools events and competitions, contact: Eloy Veloso ( Schools Coordinator) at eloy.veloso@tennis.com.au.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Secondary Schools Tennis Participation Tennis ACT is pleased to offer a competitive pathway for students to participate in tennis during secondary school.
