The Girls Academy Plate is made up of Primary Schools teams from Metro the area. A round robin draw with 6 Teams entered resulted in Brentwood Primary as the Champions. Winners and Runners up received trophies and all players received certificates and medallions for participation.
The Boys AcademyPlate saw the largest increase in teams this year resulting in a change of format(Compass Draw) to allow schools to complete this event in one day. Of the 13 schools entered Winthrop Primary were victorious.
The Herbert Edwards Cup allows schools to enter teams in years 8 & 9. The format for this event is round robin pools with the winners progressing to the Division one Play offs and the runners up moving to Division 2. The Mursell/Slazenger Cup for pupils in years 10-12 is also a round robin play off event with the winners of each pool progressing to the Slazenger Cup elimination finals and the runners up moving to the Mursell Shield knockout draw.
