August and September have provided the perfect weather for a swing of White Twilight AMT’s.

The 2016 Zap Twilight being a Fast4 format and having only a singles event, provided a chance for players to dethrone the usual champions, with three of the male and female’s seeds succumbing in only the second round.

Women’s Singles

Men’s Consolation Singles

Reuben Giorgio [1] defeated Oscar Giorgio 4-1 4-0

Women’s Consolation Singles

Casey Tay [1] defeated Belinda Jayaprakash 4-0 4-1

 

The 2016 Perth Twilight White also provided some newfound success with Peter McKenzie, a tournament regular, taking out his first ever title in the men’s qualification consolation.

The next tournament on the calendar is the Perth Spring Junior taking place from the 28th-30th of September, it is a white Fast4 Junior Tournament (singles only event).
