Tennis Connect400

Since the introduction of Tennis West’s new affiliation fee model in July 2014, more than 50 tennis clubs have registered members in My Tennis, with the assistance of Tennis West. Numerous club committees have also arranged My Tennis training sessions, to enable the club to begin using the system for membership administration.

Club members who are registered in My Tennis receive a range of benefits, including entry to sanctioned tournaments, priority ticketing to Australian Open and Australian Open Series Events, access to Grand Slam ticket ballots, and faster processing times for Personal Accident Insurance claims.

Clubs that have registered members in My Tennis so far have not only ensured their eligibility for a 25% discount on 2014/2015 affiliation fees, but are now also able to benefit from the TennisConnect program.

TennisConnect, launched in October 2014, is a new initiative designed to better engage the tennis-playing community and help grow our sport. Once members are registered in My Tennis with a valid email address, they have the opportunity to verify their details online and in turn earn a $5 cash reward for their club.

The TennisConnect program will end in early April 2015 and Tennis Australia will then finalise the total reward amounts to be paid. Clubs are encouraged to register members in My Tennis well before the program end date, to ensure they receive the greatest possible reward from TennisConnect.
