Inter-regional Championships

The Victorian Country Inter-regional Championships, which have been conducted for more than 50 years, is an annual tournament played over three days at a regional venue in Victoria. Players represent their regions in a selection of events ranging from Open, Seniors and Junior age groups in both singles and doubles events. This event is traditionally played over the weekend following New Year.

The Victorian Country Inter-regional Championships shall be open to all regions whose clubs are affiliated with Tennis Victoria.

The 56^th consecutive staging of the Victorian Country Inter-regional Championships is coming in early 2012 and regions are looking for their best players to represent them. Approximately 250 players compete at the three-day event that gives players from regional Victoria a unique opportunity to compete against some of the best players from all over Victoria. The championships cater for players in 12/u-18/u, open and 45+ age groups in both singles and doubles events.
