Association Squads

All of the associations and regions conduct training and player development squads for members of their associations/regions. The chosen participants in these squads are provided with an enhanced training and development regime designed to link in with the work being performed with their current private coach to further develop and improve their match play.

These squads are one level of the Junior Development Pathway which allows the children to move from their private coach right through to a member of the AIS.
