2011/12 Tennis Victoria MembershipMembership is valid from 1 July 2011 – 30 June 2012 for metropolitan and commercial members and 1 November 2011 – 30 October 2012 for country members.
Country members please note, your current 2010/11 membership category is active until 31 October 2011. Therefore, 2010/11 fees and conditions still apply. Renewal information for 2011/12 membership will be sent to you in early October 2011.
Membership registration fees for the 2011/12 year are $28 for individuals and $98 for families.
If you are a member of multiple clubs you only have to pay your Tennis Victoria Membership once annually. Your Membership is to be paid to the club that YOU nominate as your ‘Primary Club’ (usually the club where you play most of your tennis at, which must be a Tennis Victoria Affiliated Club).
Join now and enjoy the member benefits. There are two ways you can become a Tennis Victoria member:
1. Join an affiliated club
Become a member of a Tennis Victoria affiliated club and the membership component of your fees are forwarded on to Tennis Victoria. There are almost 1,000 Tennis Victoria affiliated clubs throughout Victoria and to find one near you, please use the ‘Help me…find a Tennis Club’ application to the right of this screen.
2. Join Tennis Victoria directly
There are three ways you can join Tennis Victoria directly:
Online – payment can be made via credit card, cheque or EFT. If you select to pay by cheque, please make sure you send it to Tennis Victoria Membership Department – Locked Bag 6001, Richmond VIC 3121 to confirm you membership.

Mail – Complete the Membership Application Form and return with payment to Tennis Victoria’s Membership Department – Locked Bag 6001, Richmond VIC 3121.
Phone - Call Tennis Victoria on (03) 8420 8420 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Your 2011/12 membership card will be sent to you in early August (for all member registrations and payments received in July). This card will be sent to the address you supply to your club and will list your My Tennis ID, which is a requirement for entry into Tennis Victoria Pennant, Junior Pennant, Sanctioned Tournaments and all other Tennis Victoria run events.
Your card is also the key to gaining access to the majority of our member benefits, including the Australian Open 2012 and Australian Open Series 2012 pre-sales.
Tennis Victoria’s ‘Hot off the Court’ e-newsletter is the best way to stay up to date with changes to benefits and relevant tennis information. If you are not currently receiving ‘Hot off the Court’, but would like to, please send through your full name, My Tennis ID and e-mail address to membership@tennisvic.com.au.
*Conditions for 2011/12:
Family membership – Now applies to a minimum of four persons, with the fee being set at 3.5 times the individual fee. There are still no restriction on the maximum number of players within a family. One address is to be nominated for all correspondence for members of the family and only one card will be issued per family, itemising all individual My Tennis ID numbers. Please note, if you have a family of three, please register as individual members and pay $28 each.
Pro rata fees – individual $14, family $49. Only available for players who have not held a membership in 2010/11 with any club or Tennis Victoria directly and who are joining between 1 January and 30 June 2012.
