Future Leaders
Tennis Victoria’s Future Leaders Program is open to secondary school students who aspire to become involved in the tennis or sporting industry.
By completing the program you will be better prepared for leadership roles within sporting clubs and associations. This is a great vehicle to recruit younger volunteers to your club!
Highlights of the Future Leaders Program include:
- participate in leadership development workshops
- develop contacts and identify with many possible careers in sport
- understand how to develop your career path towards joining the sports industry
- contribute to and understand the importance of volunteer service in sport
- Complete an Introduction to MLC Tennis Hot Shots coaching course
- Complete a Introduction to Officiating course
The 2011 program has now finished. Please check back again in 2012 for information related to the 2012 program.
