Tennis Victoria

Technical Services

Tennis Victoria provides a range of technical services for clubs and councils. If you’re looking for advice on planning your next facility project, a court specification, or project management services, Tennis Victoria can assist with an independent service that follows best practice principles.

Many clubs have already been direct recipients of the services that Tennis Victoria Technical Services (TVTS) has provided in recent years. 2MH Consulting

Established in 1999 as a consulting firm who specialised in project management services. 2MH Consulting has over 10 years experience working with many different Councils and authorities. The services provided by 2MH Consulting begin at the investigative level, where works are scoped up, budget estimates prepared, and projects broadly outlined in conceptual designs. 2MH Consulting has experience in leading community consultation procedures and managing project control groups, which leads into the next major phase of a project — preparing final designs, construction detail designs, and obtaining funding. Once all detailed designs are completed, funding confirmed and necessary permits obtained, the project implementation, purchasing, and construction can commence. 2MH consulting tracks all expenditure via specially designed software, prepare information for project acquittals, and conduct final project handovers to clients and/or committees of management.
