My Tennis

My Tennis is a database management solution that can assist Tennis Victoria affiliated clubs manage their membership program.

Developed by Tennis Australia, My Tennis was implemented in July 2009 and is currently assisting over 200 clubs to manage their membership.

Benefits of using My Tennis

There are many benefits for both your club and its members when using My Tennis.

By signing up and using this software as an administrator you can enjoy these great benefits:

• No further cost – use of the software forms part of your affiliation/registration benefits.
• Set up your own membership categories.
• Save time and hassle. Members’ registration is online which reduces the administrative burden for club administrators. No need to re-enter data or search the database for member information and ID numbers.
• Real time credit card transactions = real time membership. My Tennis offers the flexibility for members to register over the internet and pay by credit card. This means your members become active from the moment they pay and it provides administrators with a valuable tool to manage their membership efficiently and effectively. Of course, there are alternative methods such as paying by cash or cheque available.
• Easy access – the application is web based, easy to navigate and no software needs to be downloaded.
• Solid reports. Administrators will have the ability to create their own reports including member listings, financial and non financial members and many more!
• Communicate with your members. You are able to send your club newsletters, membership reminders and individual correspondence through the email and SMS functionality.
• Training will be provided. In addition to receiving solid training on the system, comprehensive written and video tutorials are available within the My Tennis system. A help desk is also available.

• Online registration. By registering online and paying by credit card, members become instant members and receive their Tennis Victoria My Tennis ID in real time.
• Alternatively members can pay by cash or cheque.
• Easy access to tournaments and competitions. The Tennis Victoria Player Registration Number is the gateway for accessing tournaments and competitions.
• Update player details. Players can logon and update their personal details at any time.

Comprehensive written and video tutorials are available within the My Tennis system to assist club administrators.

For clubs who do not want to use My Tennis, please add your members to the Excel template email it back to [email protected] along with the reconciliation form and payment per member.

Please note: if you are the listed club membership contact person with Tennis Victoria then you can request a copy of your club’s 2010/11 membership data already in the correct template by emailing [email protected].
