Tennis Victoria promotes best practice risk management through manuals available to clubs.
A $2000 excess is payable by any club who has a successful Public Liability, Professional Indemnity or Director and Officers case brought against them. However, those clubs who submit a Risk Hazard Audit to Tennis Victoria and continue to provide annual updates are entitled to a reduction in the excess, reducing the amount payable to $500.
To ensure that clubs are able to undertake their own Risk Hazard Audits, Tennis Victoria has produced a Risk Management Manual. Sample documents from this manual can be found below.
