Insurance

Tennis Victoria provides affiliated clubs and registered players with insurance coverage including, but not limited to:

Liability Coverage

Public and Products Liability: Up to $20 million; covers the club for negligence should a member of the general public injury themselves using the tennis courts.

Directors and Officers Cover: Up to $5 million; covers your committee for any error made on behalf of the club.

Professional indemnity: Up to $10 million; Covers the club and any other insured for claims made against the club for actual or alleged breach of professional duty.

Personal Accident Insuance

Personal Accident Insurance: for all registered players when performing tennis or associated activities.

Volunteers Personal Accident Insurance: covers people who injure themselves whilst doing voluntary work on behalf of the club. Their entitlements are the same as registered players.
