Organisational Structure

Notes to Structure, from the rules of the VTA:

The Board shall comprise:

a) the Officers of the VTA (President, Vice-President, Treasurer);
b) two Directors elected by Council;
c) one Director elected by each Regional Forum;
d) up to two (2) non-voting co-opted Directors;
e) the Executive Director

The Council shall comprise:

a) the Officers of VTA
b) the immediate past-President
c) one Delegate from each of the following:

i) the TOAV (Tennis Officials Australia – Victoria Division)
ii) the TCA – V (Tennis Coaches Association – Victoria)
iii) the VTAV (Veterans Tennis Association of Victoria)

d) up to twenty-five Delegates from Metropolitan Tennis Clubs
e) up to nineteen Delegates from Metropolitan Tennis Associations
f) one Delegate from each Country Region

All staff report to the Board of Management through the Executive Director
