THE CENTRE COURT UPGRADE IS NOW FINISHED!
The Memorial Drive Tennis Centre has undergone a complete re-development with the major part of our re-development being the Centre Court upgrade. Previously we had one rebound ace court and three natural grass courts. Their are now ten plexi-cushion courts which are the same surface used at the Australian Open Grand Slam. The Memorial Drive Tennis Centre is currently the only tennis centre in South Australia to have the plexi-cushion surface.

Further to the re-development of the Memorial Drive Tennis Centre will be the building of a mezzanine floor above the current Tennis SA offices under the Southern Stand. The mezzanine floor has been designed to host more office space for Tennis SA and also a multi-purpose function room which will be available for hire once completed. The mezzanine floor is expected to be finished prior to Christmas this year and should make for an exciting, modern and versatile tennis centre.
