 Tennis workouts: the ultimate tennis & fitness experience

Have you got a busy lifestyle? Are you looking for an efficient fitness session in a motivational environment that will make you feel good? Would you like to play tennis more often? If so,try our Tennis workouts!!

Tennis Workout is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, cardio vascular workout. You will sweat, run, laugh and meet people. You don’t need to be a great tennis player to enjoy a tennis workout. All abilities are welcome and groups are split by standard. So, if you are looking for an exciting new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try a session.

Price for casual players: $18/session.

Bookings essential on 1300 TENNIS ( 836 647). Please note that Tennis workouts are very popular. We highly recommend to book at least a few days in advance.

 

Tennis Workouts plus: The  workout deluxe for frequent players

A Tennis Workout that runs for 1 hour and with only 4 participants per court. An ideal session for fit players who look for high intensity workouts while playing at intermediate to advanced level.
