Club Affiliation

Tennis Tasmania offer a wide range of benefits to affiliated clubs within Tasmania.  Some of these include: 

• To be part of the overall tennis picture. To keep up to date with what is going on in the tennis world and for your club to be a part of it.
• To be eligible to enter teams into official State, Regional and junior pennants – e.g. State Pennants.
• For individual members to be eligible to enter State sanctioned senior and junior, serious and social tournaments.
• Insurance benefits – Covers public liability insurance for all activity at the Club.
• Access to and use of State coaching and player development system.
• Access to and use of Community Tennis Officer, who will assist in promoting and building your club.
• To associate your Club with important tennis groups such as Tennis 35+ Tasmania, Tennis Officials Australia, Coaches Association, National Schools Sports Association, etc.
• Access to financial assistance through either, the Tennis Australia Facility Loan Scheme or the Active Club Grants Scheme.
• Access to Tennis Australia’s and Tennis Tasmania’s vast array of resources: Technical Services, Promotional and Educational Literature, Statistical Data, etc.
• National Court Rebate.
• FREE Club Website.  Training to update the club website will also be provided at no charge to the club.
