Tennis Tasmania is proud to be representing over 50 affiliated clubs throughout the state. Clubs, big and small, play a vital role in the tennis experience for players of all ages and stages. It is therefore essential that we as the representative body, provide clubs with the resources they require to deliver quality, innovative and responsive programs to players everywhere.

As the central administrative body of tennis in Tasmania, it is our role to bring together,all affiliated clubs, centres, associations, regions and their members, to ensure a unified approach to the sport we all love. In carrying out this role, our aim is to work with clubs at ground level, focusing on the ways in which they can develop and deliver programs and services that meet the needs and goals of their players. Whether it be grassroots participation efforts, pennants, tournaments or social tennis…Tennis Tasmania will actively support clubs so that tennis communities are fostered, and commercial viability is sustained. Working at ground level first, enables all of us to reach new heights in a planned and effective way.

As your new Club Development Coordinator, I look forward to working with you over the months ahead. Together, the identification of needs or issues can be discussed and analysed…and ideas or goals you would like to pursue and achieve, can be explored and strategised.
