Have you got a busy lifestyle? Are you looking for an efficient fitness session in a motivational environment that will make you feel good? Would you like to play tennis more often? If so, try our Cardio Tennis.
Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, cardiovascular workout. You will sweat, run, laugh and meet new people. You don’t need to be a great tennis player to enjoy a tennis workout.
All age and abilities are welcome and groups are organised by fitness level.
