Petra Hule became the first South Australian female in over 10 years to win a Junior ITF Singles tournament overseas.

Petra won the Chang Thailand ITF Junior Grade 4. This title in Thailand and recent results in Egypt, have seen Petra achieve a Full Scholarship with Tennis Australia. After Thailand, Petra has achieved her highest ITF junior ranking to date of 218. Petra also now has a WTA ranking of 1190.

Nicole Kraemer also achieved her first International Junior Doubles title overseas when she combined with fellow Australian Gabriella Da Silva Fick to win the Chang Thailand ITF Junior Doubles Grade 4. In the final Nicole and Gabriella defeated Chloe and Petra Hule. This result in Thailand helped Nicole achieve her highest ITF Junior ranking to date of 356.

Sisters Chloe & Petra Hule have continued their impressive run as a double’s combination when they made the doubles final this week in Korea at the 2014 Lee Duk Hee Cup Chuncheon International Junior Tennis Championship. This is the 8th International Doubles final for the pair this year.

The SA environment continues to exhibit its doubles prowess. Jessica Moore (WA) who has trained in Adelaide for the past 15 months has played in 8 Pro-Circuit doubles finals this year winning 6 titles. Last week Jessica won her third title with Abbie Myers (NSW) when they won the $50k Pro-Circuit in Bendigo.
