Tennis Queensland’s administration structure consists of eight regions: Far North, North, Central, Sunshine Coast, Metropolitan, South, Gold Coast and West with North, Central and South Zones in the West Region (due to the large geographical area).
Each region has a Regional Assembly which, in conjunction with the Tennis Queensland state office, is charged with the responsibility to administer and develop the sport within their set geographical boundaries. The Regional Assemblies are made up of delegates from affiliated clubs, associations and centres in the region. Each Assembly then appoints Members to represent the region at Tennis Queensland Company level.
